What days does VFoods deliver?Monday- Thursday between 4pm-6:30pm

Can I freeze any of the VFoods meals?No. Do not freeze salads that contains lettuce such as the Salad with Chicken, Steak Salad, Chicken Wrap and Chickpea Vegan Wrap. The lettuce and tortilla will become wilted.

How long do the meals last in the refrigerator?Meals last up to 7 days in the refrigerator. Each meal will have an expiration date on it.

What are the Holiday hours?All major Holiday's VFoods will be closed. View detailed schedule at the bottom of FAQ page. *Schedule is subject to change.

Can I freeze any VFoods Meals?Yes. Meals can be placed in the freezer except for meals that contain lettuce and tortilla wraps.

How long do I microwave meals for?Approximately 2 min depending on the microwave wattage or until 165°F

Will the seafood meals last the full 7 days in the refrigerator?Yes. If you have other proteins to choose from, VFoods suggest to eat seafood options first so it can be enjoyed at the peak of freshness.

How soon can I receive my order?VFoods has a 48hr turnaround time and a 2pm cut off time. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next business day.
